Do you want an idea of what your house is worth?

There is a new feature on the website that lets you view home sales in the community in table and map format.

The information comes from public records from the county.

The table shows how many homes have been sold in the current and last three years and the average price.

We divide the average price by the average home size in square feet to come up with an average price per square foot.

The interactive map shows homes that have sold. You can navigate the map with the controls on the top left.
