As residents of South Florida, we have seen price increases in almost all areas - gasoline, insurance, electricity, water, food, cost of services, association special assessments and dues, and the list goes on. Most of these price increases are outside our control. Your residential service providers see their costs rise and they can either pass the costs onto the consumer or reduce the level of service.
How would you like to be able to
avoid price increases on the
services performed at your home?
You can have an impact! The community can have an impact!
How would you also like to see the following in your community:
- 50% reduction in the number of service providers in the community each day while also reducing safety and security concerns?
- Reduce the carbon footprint of the community by 50%?
- Improve the overall quality of services?
- Reduce the fuel consumption by 4,875 gallons per year?
We can reduce the costs to the providers, reduce carbon footprint, reduce traffic, etc. each by 50% if we can increase the average customer size of the good service providers by only 2 customers, up from 4.1.
The objective to grow a provider’s customer base from 4 to 6 residents. This is very realistic and could have a dramatic impact. The opportunity is actually much more.
A. How Can You Help?
- Recommend your good service providers. Complete the enclosed postage paid survey and place it in the mail.
- Encourage your service provider to participate. Ask your provider how many customers they have in your community and if they are interested in growing their customer base in the community. If so, have them call us at 561-997-5000 or visit this website.
B. What We Will Do
- Receive your feedback
- Contact the service providers and encourage them to participate.
- Encourage providers to offer incentives to the residents
- Add their company to our provider list on the website and newsletter
C. Action
- We will provide feedback on which providers are participating and their incentive through the upcoming newsletters. We will also provide feedback on providers that choose not to participate.
- Each resident should look through the list of providers and services and determine how they can help themselves and the community.
D. On Going
- We continue to solicit your feedback on providers. Functionality will be added to the website where you can rate a provider.
- We will continue to update the progress in the newsletters.
